Returns and Refunds

Our customer satisfaction is our priority. However, since these are customized products , it is important to understand the conditions regarding returns and refunds .

1. Return Policy for Customized Products

The customized products sold on PersonalizzaFacile.it are unique and made to order by the customer . For this reason, pursuant to Art. 59 of the Consumer Code , the right of withdrawal is not applicable to customized products, since they cannot be resold or reused by other customers.

We invite you to carefully check the product preview before confirming the order, carefully checking:
✔ Texts and punctuation
✔ Colors and images uploaded
✔ Graphic placement

Once confirmed, it will not be possible to modify or cancel the order .

2. When You Can Get a Replacement or Refund

We accept returns and offer free replacement in case of:

• Product defective or damaged during transport.
• Production error (different from customer approved preview).
• Incorrect order due to reasons attributable to us.

To report a problem, send an email to [Insert support email] within 48 hours of receiving your order, attaching:
📸 Detailed photos of the defect or incorrect product
📦 Photo of the original packaging
📜 Order number and problem description

If the claim is approved, we will provide a free replacement of the product or a partial/full refund , as applicable.

3. Complaints Processing Times

• All return requests are processed within 2-5 business days of receiving notification.
• In case of replacement, the new product will be shipped within 24/48 hours of the approval of the claim.
• In case of refund, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days .

📌 Important Note
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for typos , low quality images, or poor design choices by the customer. For this reason, we encourage you to carefully check every detail before completing your purchase .
